Overview

We are seeking an experienced Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) to join our Short Term Support Service team in Lambeth. This locum role offers the opportunity to provide vital support to individuals with low to moderate mental health needs, working within a 12-week assessment and treatment framework.

• Salary: £27.00 per hour
• Contract Type: Locum, Full-time
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Duration: 12 weeks
• Location: Lambeth, United Kingdom

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patient needs and develop suitable care plans.
• Deliver psychosocial interventions and support within the 12-week assessment and treatment framework.
• Manage duty work, including crisis intervention, to assist individuals in immediate need.
• Collaborate with clinicians, social workers, and support workers to ensure coordinated and effective care.
• Assist with discharge coordination to reduce caseload and promote efficient service delivery.
