Hours: 30 hours per week (days negotiable)
Pay: £26.78 per hour

Sanctuary Personnel is seeking an experienced Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) to join a Dementia Service on a locum basis.

You will provide high-quality care to adults with dementia and related cognitive conditions, supporting assessment, care planning, risk management, and multi-disciplinary collaboration. The role involves community-based work, so confidence working independently and managing a caseload is essential.

Key Responsibilities of the CPN
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and review care plans
  • Deliver specialist nursing interventions to individuals with dementia
