Job summary

Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a Band 6 Community Physiotherapist based in Maidenhead, Berkshire. You will deliver community-based assessments and treatments, managing an autonomous caseload with multidisciplinary support in bases across Maidenhead, Slough and Bracknell.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate of up to £26.00 and ongoing full-time opportunities. A HCPC-registered physiotherapist with relevant community experience is required.

Qualifications

• Clinical assessment and treatment planning in community settings.
• Strong communication with patients and families.
• Ability to manage an autonomous caseload and coordinate with MDT.

Responsibilities

• Provide community-based physiotherapy assessments and treatments.
• Deliver rehabilitation programmes tailored to individuals in community environments.
• Conduct mobility and function assessments and adjust plans accordingly.
• Support patients with neurological conditions through expertise and compassion.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care and discharge planning.
