Job summary

Sanctuary Personnel is recruiting a Band 6 Community Physiotherapist for a one-month locum post at Blairgowrie Community Hospital, Blairgowrie, Scotland. The role requires at least 30 hours per week on-site, with travel across rural Perthshire. Hours are Mon–Thu 8:30 am–4:30 pm and Fri 8:30 am–3:00 pm.

You will deliver a full range of specialist assessments, diagnoses and treatments, manage referrals, and work with the integrated care and AHP teams to support rehabilitation and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a full range of specialist assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management and onward referral services for a diverse range of patients.
• Collaborate closely with the integrated care team and wider AHP colleagues to support patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Implement and evaluate individual treatment plans to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
• Manage referrals efficiently to ensure timely access to physiotherapy services.
• Act as a source of clinical expertise and provide support to other healthcare professionals within the community.

We are seeking an experienced physiotherapist to join our team for a one-month duration, working a minimum of 30 hours per week. This role requires you to be based at Blairgowrie Community Hospital with the flexibility to travel across picturesque rural Perthshire. Your working hours will be Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm and Friday from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm, with a 30-minute lunch break each day.
