Rate:£24 – £27 per hour
Duration:3 months with option to extend
We are seeking an exceptionally skilled and motivated Band 6 Community Dietitian to join our esteemed client in Worthing, Sussex. This role requires working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where you will be responsible for managing a home enteral feeding caseload. Your advanced expertise will be pivotal in ensuring the precision and reliability of dietary services, which are critical for accurate patient care and treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a home enteral feeding caseload, which includes a mixture of home visits, care homes, and telephone advice/triage. You will maintain meticulous records and documentation, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver superior patient care.
