The department is seeking a talented and motivated pharmacist to join the team working 5 days per week supporting the clinical service at weekends and set weekdays. Weekends are worked on a 3 on, 1 off pattern, and we are at this stage looking for qualified Pharmacists to apply for this role.

We are looking for an enthusiastic clinical pharmacist who is capable of working as part of a team and is flexible regarding working practices. You will be a motivated individual with good communication skills and a desire to use your knowledge, skills and experience to improve patient care and influence healthcare professionals in the best use of medicines.
You will deliver a quality clinical pharmacy service with support and guidance from our friendly team. Working in a team with the Clinical Pharmacy Technicians in the acute admissions areas, in the dispensary according to the weekend rota, and provide a clinical pharmacy service to a range of specialties across the working week.
This post has no extended hours service commitment.
There will be the opportunity to undertake a clinical diploma and subsequently non-medical prescribing qualification.
