An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly dedicated Bank 6 clinical Lead Nurse to join Swanswell Ward, one of our inpatient mental health teams based at The Caludon Centre, Coventry.

We welcome applicants who are committed to improve care for people who require inpatient mental health services and innovate practice within a ward setting. Applicants will need to have substantial post registration experience.

The post holders will be part of the Nursing team and work a span of duty including weekends and nights, to ensure that a high level of quality care is maintained. As part of the role you will support the Ward Manager in all aspects of delivering safe care to patient group with an emphasis of ensuring quality and safety is maintained within the ward at all times.
