Location: Oasis House, 28 – 30 Gubbins Lane, Harold Wood, RM3 0QA
Salary: £27.00 hourly
Contract Type: Locum, ASAP – 09/11/2025
Working Pattern: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Band 6 Care Coordinator / CPN to join the Havering Mental Health and Wellness Team at Oasis House. This locum role provides a rewarding opportunity to support clients with mental health needs, working as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage an allocated caseload, delivering high-quality care in collaboration with the Mental Health and Wellness Team.
  • Participate in ward reviews, placement reviews, and coordinate and attend CPA (Care Programme Approach) reviews to monitor client progress.
  • Assess new referrals and liaise with inpatient services, other community mental health teams, and external agencies.
  • Cover duty rotations, Depot Clinic, and Clozapine Clinic sessions as required.
  • Attend and contribute to weekly zoning meetings and monthly business meetings to ensure coordinated care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with professional and organisational standards.
