Job summary

A regional mental health trust is seeking a Band 6 Clinical Practitioner to join their Eating Disorder Home Treatment Team. The role involves supporting Children & Young People (CYP) with eating difficulties and other comorbidities who are at risk of hospital admission. You will travel across Bristol, North Somerset, and South Gloucestershire, working flexible hours to provide intensive mental health support in home environments as well as within Acute Hospitals. Qualifications

• Driving license and ability to travel confidently across the region.
• Experience working with children and young people with eating difficulties.
• Ability to work flexible hours including shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support Children & Young People (CYP) with eating difficulties in their home environment.
• Provide support within Acute Hospital environments when necessary.
• Work alongside CAMHS community teams in Bristol, North Somerset, and South Gloucestershire.
