We are seeking experienced and dedicated Band 6 and 7 Community Neuro Physiotherapists to join our team at Barts NHS Trust. This role involves providing specialized neuro physiotherapy services to patients within the community. If you have a strong background in neuro physiotherapy and are passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, we encourage you to apply.
What will your responsibilities be:
As a Band 6 or 7 Community Neuro Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive neuro physiotherapy services within the community. Your duties will include conducting detailed assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and monitoring patient progress. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care, provide education and support to patients and their families, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our neuro physiotherapy services. Additionally, you will be involved in discharge planning and liaising with community services to ensure seamless patient care.
