Work closely with the MDT to optimise care, accelerate recovery, and facilitate safe discharge planning.
Maintain clear, accurate clinical documentation in line with professional standards.
Participate in weekend working as part of a five-over-seven-day rota.
To excel in this role, you must be:
HCPC-registered as a qualified physiotherapist.
Experienced in acute hospital settings, including handling complex cases.
Confident in respiratory care and discharge planning.
Adaptable, compassionate, and ready to contribute to a busy, evolving service.
