Job summary

Sanctuary Personnel are recruiting a Band 6 Acute Physiotherapist for an ongoing, full-time role in Harrow (London). You will work 37.5 hours per week at a competitive £26.00 per hour, contributing to autonomous and collaborative inpatient care.

Join a dynamic multidisciplinary team to support recovery, rehabilitation, and discharge planning and ensure high standards of clinical record-keeping within HCPC guidelines. Weekend/on-call shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and tailor treatment plans for patients across acute medical, respiratory, neurological, orthopaedic, and elderly care.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions and rehabilitation programmes to maximise recovery.
• Conduct mobility, balance, respiratory, and functional independence assessments to guide care.
• Collaborate with consultants, nurses, occupational therapists and the multidisciplinary team to ensure patient-centred care.
• Facilitate discharge planning and onward referrals to maintain continuity of care.

• Uphold high standards in clinical record-keeping in line with HCPC and Trust guidelines.


• Engage in weekend and on-call services to ensure comprehensive patient care.
