Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day running of the dispensary as delegated by the Dispensary Manager.
• Act as an Accuracy Checking Pharmacy Technician (ACT) ensuring accurate dispensing.
• Dispense and issue prescriptions while coordinating workflow to maximise efficiency.
• Provide induction and training on dispensary procedures and software to staff.
• Maintain high standards of professional practice, governance and patient safety.
• Support efficient pharmacy services in line with procedures and regulatory requirements.

What you will do

Requirements

• GPhC Registration: Must be a registered Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Hospital Experience: Significant post-qualification hospital pharmacy experience is essential.
• ACT Qualification: Accuracy Checking Pharmacy Technician qualification is required.
• Mental Health Experience: Previous mental health pharmacy experience is highly desirable.
• Transport: Access to transport is beneficial, although car ownership is not essential.
