We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Band 6/7 Pharmacist or Pharmacist Technician to join our esteemed client in Worthing. This full-time role requires working from Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy and quality of pharmacy dispensary checking, which is vital for precise patient care. This role can be covered by an accredited checking pharmacy technician (ACPT) or a Band 6-7 pharmacist.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for pharmacy dispensary checking, ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of pharmacy equipment. You will adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and protocols, accurately interpret and analyze prescriptions, and maintain meticulous records and documentation. Additionally, you will collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide exceptional patient care.
Qualifications and Experience:
• GPhC registration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• Extensive experience in pharmacy dispensary checking.
• Accredited checking pharmacy technician (ACPT) certification (if applicable).
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Unwavering attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
