Pulse Healthcare is seeking a Band 6/7 Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist for a role in Grays, Essex, within a mainstream primary school. The position offers full-time or part-time hours, one day per week availability, and a temporary academic year contract starting ASAP.

You will assess, diagnose, and deliver therapy to children with communication needs, work with staff and families, and contribute to MDT meetings.

Qualifications

  • HCPC registration is required.
  • Degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
  • Experience with paediatric caseloads, preferably in a school.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with educational staff and families.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist to join our client in Grays, Essex. This role is based within a mainstream primary school and requires availability for one day per week, offering flexibility for both full-time and part-time professionals.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and delivering therapy to children with speech, language, and communication needs. You will work closely with school staff and families to develop tailored intervention plans, monitor progress, and contribute to multi-disciplinary team meetings. Your expertise will support pupils in achieving their communication goals within an educational setting.

Qualifications and Experience
  • HCPC registration
  • Degree in Speech and Language Therapy
