What you will do

• Provide specialist assessment and recommendations to children undergoing the process of applying for an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).
• Collaborate closely with Local Authority case Coordinators.
• Autonomously manage a caseload of children with special educational needs, offering advice and input within their EHCP.
• Support and advise teaching professionals, parents, and carers in managing complex cases effectively.
• Represent children and families in tribunal cases with specialist knowledge.
• Work alongside the Tribunals manager for the local authority in mediation cases.
• Provide clinical supervision to junior team members, helping them grow their skills and confidence.
