What your responsibilities will be for this Physiotherapist role?
As a Band 6/7 Locum Community Physiotherapist, you will provide comprehensive physiotherapy services within the community setting of the Jean Hayes Reablement Unit. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough assessments of patients, developing and implementing personalised rehabilitation plans, and delivering interventions to support their recovery and improve functional independence. You will manage a caseload that primarily includes frail and elderly patients, ensuring high-quality care and effective management of their needs.
