A regional health service provider in the UK is seeking a theatre practitioner/anaesthetic/recovery Nurse to provide nursing care in the peri-operative setting. The role requires strong teamwork, flexibility, and adherence to professional standards while prioritizing patient care. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Anaesthetic team, manage workloads, and be involved in a variety of shifts to meet service needs. Under the direction of the team leader, the theatre practitioner/ anaesthetic/recovery Nurse is accountable for organising and providing nursing care in the peri-operative setting. They will work to support the Anaesthetic team to develop and maintain excellence in peri-operative practice. You will also be the link between the Anaesthetic team and other parts of the operating theatre and hospital.
