A regional healthcare provider in Woking is seeking enthusiastic Registered Nurses for their inpatient rehab unit. This role involves providing 24-hour care and working within a dynamic team, focusing on rehabilitation for older adults. Althoughexpected to work autonomously, you will not be alone. Alexandra Ward based around a multi-disciplinary team model, working with Consultants, Doctors, talented health Care assistants, Physiotherapists, Community Rehabilitation Assistants, Adult Social Care and also liaising with other community services.
You will develop your skills in treating patients with a wide variety of conditions, including post-stroke, falls, and post-operative recovery of fractures, dementia, general reduced mobility due to co-morbidities, cognitive impairments and various other medical conditions
We support our staff to develop in their nursing competencies and personal developments
The wards work closely with universities to support student nurses and will work with individuals to develop their personal and professional growth

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Registered Nurses to work in our inpatient rehab unit, Woking Community Hospital, Alexandra Ward. This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic fast-moving community hospital. The wards provides 24-hour care to patients who require rehabilitation and support prior to getting back to their normal environment.
The job requires the individual to work days and nights on a rota.

£32,602 to £39,686 a year inclusive of the 5% HCAS per annum pro rata
