Job summary

A healthcare organization in Poole is looking for a motivated Band 5 Nurse to work two days a week in Oncology/Haematology Day Care, delivering systemic anti-cancer treatments and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Overview

The post will involve working within the Oncology/Haematology Day Care, delivering systemic anti‑cancer treatments. This role is for two days per week (8 am–6 pm). Flexible working days are preferred. It is essential to be organised, and to have the ability to manage your own workload.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver systemic anti‑cancer treatments within the Onco/Haematology Day Care.
  • Maintain and facilitate a high standard of care for patients, their families or carers.
  • Work collaboratively with all members of the multidisciplinary team (MDT) and support the senior team.
  • Manage your own workload and work details within the allocated days.
Qualifications and Experience
  • One year post NMC registration experience (mandatory for SACT training).
  • Band 5 nurse, flexible and motivated.
Work Arrangement and Flexibility

Staff recruited are expected to be available to work flexibly across all Trust locations to meet service demands. The advert may be closed early if sufficient applications are received.
