A community health service provider in London is seeking a Band 5 Nurse for their Children's Respite Centre. The ideal candidate will be a registered nurse with a passion for supporting children and young people with complex health needs. Key responsibilities include managing shifts, delivering tailored care plans, and working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team. £35,763 - £43,466 Per annum inclusive of HCAS
