Overview

The Private Patients Unit is seeking an experienced Private Patients Enquiries and Sales Officer with excellent communication skills, who is customer focused and has previous private healthcare sales, coordination, customer service and administration experience within a private healthcare or NHS private patients environment.

The role of Enquiries and Sales Officer is dynamic and varied – the key job purpose is to support the uptake of private healthcare services while cultivating and strengthening referral activities across agreed services aligned to the current marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Enquiries Team (3 band 4 Enquiries Coordinators), including reviewing their annual objectives, conducting regular supervision meetings, facilitating the development of identified training needs, delegating specific tasks/projects as appropriate, and monitoring and ensuring the team’s full adherence to the trust’s current clinical governance and information governance policies.
