We are looking for a skilled and motivated Band 5 Pharmacy Technician to join our client’s team in Edinburgh. This role involves working in either the dispensary or ward, with potential responsibilities in Medicines Management Technician (MMT) or Accredited Checking Technician (ACT) roles. The successful candidate will contribute to the efficient and effective delivery of pharmacy services, ensuring high standards of patient care.

What will your responsibilities be:

The Band 5 Pharmacy Technician will be responsible for dispensing medications, managing stock levels, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. This role includes providing support to the pharmacy team, assisting with patient queries, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The technician will also participate in ward rounds, liaise with healthcare professionals, and contribute to the overall improvement of pharmacy services.
