A leading healthcare provider in Birmingham seeks a Band 5 Paediatric Nurse to join their team. This role offers the chance to work across various paediatric areas, providing compassionate and person-centred care. The ideal candidate should have a valid NMC registration and prior experience in an acute NHS setting. Training for a critical care qualification will be provided, alongside flexible working arrangements.

We have one vacancy for a Band 5 Paediatric Nurse within our established team at University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust.
Applicants can be experienced nurses or newly qualified nurses with a valid pin. You will be supported to work across all paediatric areas, including Assessment units, Inpatients and High Dependency, and will receive specific training from our education team to develop confidence in your clinical practice.
Within 12 months you will progress toward a critical care qualification, dependent on your commitment and progress. The service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week across Heartlands and Good Hope, with full‑time and part‑time posts available. Flexible working requests will be considered.
