Responsibilities
  • Arrange and service meetings, coordinate day‑to‑day diary management for the Clinical Nurse Manager.
  • Manage a small medical secretaries team, including recruitment, supervision, training and appraisals.
  • Produce presentation materials and reports, ensuring service contacts receive prompt responses to correspondence and enquiries.
  • Keep the Clinical Services Manager and general management team fully briefed on progress of work and actions taken on delegated authority.
  • Oversee service KPIs and report on service and performance progress.
  • Draf documentation for signing by the Clinical Services Manager and Senior Leadership team, attend meetings, produce minutes and follow up actions proactively.

  • Experienced Personal Assistant / Admin Manager capable of providing high‑level service to the Clinical Service Manager.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines independently.
  • Proven track record in managing and supervising a team and working at a senior PA level.
