Job description
Role Overview

We are advertising an exciting role as a Band 5 Office Manager for the Data Team in the London Breast Screening Administration Hub, within the Royal Free Hospital London NHS Foundation Trust (Royal Free); based within our Edgware Community Hospital site.

About the London Breast Screening Hub

The Hub supports all six London Clinical Breast Screening Services and over 1.3 million eligible women across London in their three yearly screening round, aged 50‑70. It provides administrative support for numerous functions, including patient data collation and reporting, appointment scheduling and a call centre to manage appointment cancellations and rebooking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage day‑to‑day functions of the Data Team within the London Breast Screening Hub.
  • Provide leadership to Data Administration Officers.
  • Oversee staff training and competency framework, making informed decisions in line with local, regional and national guidelines and procedures.
  • Carry out duties as directed by the Service Manager, Assistant Operations Manager and Senior Operations Manager, developing cover for key elements of all Administration Officers’ work.
  • Deliver support services in line with Trust and NHS Breast Screening Programme (NHSBSP) guidelines and targets.
