A leading mental health organization is seeking a Lead Research Support Officer to enhance research projects aimed at improving mental health care. AWP Research and Development (R&D) is seeking a motivated Lead Research Support Officer with an interest in improving the lives of individuals with mental health difficulties through research.
The Lead Research Support Officer is a key member of the R&D Department, supporting, facilitating, and monitoring the delivery of projects to agreed timescales within AWP.
You will collaborate with Senior R&D Leaders, providing high-level administration, and work on research initiatives across the Trust and with external partners.
Our team comprises approximately 25 research staff supporting diverse research topics, including treatments for psychosis, bipolar disorder, resistant depression, and dementia. You will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.

The role is offered as a minimum of 30 hours per week (0.8 WTE) up to 37.5 hours per week (1.0 WTE), with flexibility based on the successful candidate's preferences.
