A national health service provider is seeking a Band 5 Children’s Learning Disabilities Nurse in Chippenham. This role involves managing a caseload, working with multi-agency professionals, and developing care plans to support children and their families with learning disabilities. The ideal candidate should have a nursing qualification and a valid UK driving licence. Competitive salary and benefits including NHS pension are provided.
In this extremely rewarding role as a Band 5 Children’s Learning Disabilities nurse, you will assist in the development of the Children's Community Learning Disability Health Service (Wiltshire) to provide a flexible service to children and young people with Learning Disabilities.
You’ll work under the supervision of a Senior Community Children's Learning Disability Nurse and will participate in the assessment and health care planning for children and families in a variety of settings across Wiltshire, including home, educational settings, and health premises.
You will be based at the closest hub to your home address. The post is Wiltshire Wide, we have a hub in Salisbury SP4 6AT, Trowbridge BA14 0XG and Chippenham SN15 1BN.
Due to the nature of this role a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential.
