Job description

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Team Administrator to join Dawn House, a seven‑bedded, purpose‑built supported accommodation located on the ANAWIM site in Balsall Heath, Birmingham.

The Dawn House Project will develop a community forensic step‑down accommodation for women from the West Midlands who are being discharged from secure care. The new service will offer a step‑down, rehabilitative care pathway, providing a holistic model of care in the least restrictive manner possible, supporting timely discharge from inpatient services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Lead and Teams.
  • Work as a team player, demonstrating motivation, flexibility, and enthusiasm.
  • Handle deadlines, work under pressure, and manage time effectively to meet service needs.
  • Maintain comprehensive minutes and transcribe notes from digital dictation.
