We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our dynamic Private Patients Unit (PPU) Finance team. This is a vital role at the heart of our financial operations, with a primary focus on ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all invoicing. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to develop skills by assisting with credit control and treasury duties, gaining a broad understanding of the full financial cycle.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end invoicing process, ensuring all billing is accurate, complete, and issued promptly.
  • Manage daily financial queries from patients, insurance companies and doctors.
  • Assist with credit control activities, including managing accounts receivable and supporting debt collection efforts.
  • Support treasury functions, including cash flow management, payroll and reconciliations.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate have experience working in finance with a proven background in invoicing and financial administration. While experience in a private healthcare setting is highly desirable, a strong transferable skill set will also be considered. You will have a keen eye for detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to maintaining excellent customer service standards.
