At Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust the skills to develop, support and maintain our systems and services are done in house with the help of a highly motivated group of technical specialists, support engineers and specialist application support staff.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated ICT Support Technician to join our team to provide effective technical support for the resolution of ICT support calls. This is a 12 month fixed term contract based at our Athena House site in Erdington, Birmingham. The role is Trust wide and you will also be required to travel to other sites. The post includes the installation of end user hardware and software and the implementation of ICT systems. The role also requires the timely update of technical documentation and asset systems used within the team.
