Overview

Are you passionate about people, purpose, and proactive change? We're seeking an enthusiastic and highly skilled Lead Administrator to support South Gloucestershire's Head of Psychological Therapies.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administration and support to the Head of Psychological Therapies.
  • Maintain diaries and arrange meetings, take formal minutes and keep appropriate records on the most up‑to‑date templates.
  • Provide support to other teams within the locality, including setting up and note taking for formal HR processes.
  • Line manage others and provide guidance for matters which are escalated to them.
  • Work without direct supervision, manage own workload and report to the Head of Psychological Therapies and Locality Business Coordinator.
  • Meet deadlines, enter and collate data (key performance indicators) and maintain standards relating to administrative processes.
  • Work within a team effectively and share work streams where appropriate.
Qualifications
  • Strong administrative experience and excellent communication and IT skills.
  • Understanding of secondary mental health services.
  • Project experience desirable but not essential.
  • Highly motivated, flexible and multi‑skilled with excellent organisational skills.
  • Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office systems including Word and Excel.
