About the role

Provide high quality professional administrative support to the Community Nursing Teams, working from various local teams to provide cover as required.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support: typing letters, minutes of meetings, and other documentation.
  • Assist Team Leaders and community nursing teams with implementing efficient office systems and procedures.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service when liaising with staff, external organisations, patients and their relatives.
  • Work flexibly across multiple community nursing teams in the East locality, including travel as necessary.
  • Manage data entry using databases and Microsoft Word & Excel.
  • Operate independently, prioritising tasks and working on own initiative.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience as an administrator, ideally in a healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel and database use.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage priorities.
  • Will be required to complete a Maths & English test during the interview process.
