Responsibilities
- Offer World Class Care to service users, staff, colleagues, clients and patients
- Be fully trained and conversant with the Radiology Information System and CRS Cerner for accurate patient data entry and enquiries
- Understand the need for timely booking of appointments and the importance of correct preparation by patients for their procedure
- Notify patients of their appointments and provide appropriate information and instructions
- Liaise with wards regarding correct patient preparation
- Provide an efficient, effective and proactive administrative support service for the Community Diagnostic Centre, based at Finchley Memorial Hospital, liaising with patients, radiographers, technicians and service leads
- SCHEDULE appointments for a range of imaging appointments and collaborate with a multi‑disciplinary team to support the effective and efficient running of the imaging service

Qualifications & Eligibility
- Eligible to work in the United Kingdom or meet the criteria for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa route
- Must meet the eligibility requirements under the UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) points‑based system
Additional Information
