We are looking for motivated, compassionate and adaptable individuals to join our Herefordshire Hospital at Home Team as Band 3 Healthcare Support Workers.

This role requires:

  • A valid, in-date driving licence
  • Access to a car for work
  • Attendance at a face-to-face interview
  • Assist qualified Nursing staff in a range of patient care duties
  • To undertake a range of delegated nursing tasks, including cannulation and taking blood or urine samples, carrying out basic wound assessments and applying simple dressings, taking routine observations and supporting clients with medication
  • To record patient information
  • To provide planned patient care
