Excellent opportunities has arisen within Adults and Communities - Early Intervention Community Team at Ann Marie Howes Centre, for full time Rehabilitation Assistants (RA).

This job is full time on a permanent contract. The job role will need to cover a 7 day service from 08:00 to 22:00.

Main duties of the job

We are currently looking to recruit a dynamic, enthusiastic and flexible individual that will perform a pivotal role within the Early Intervention Community Team, giving you the opportunity to show how you can provide an innovative service to adults within the community as well as contributing to a comprehensive care plan for the individual service user.

The Early Intervention Community Team is focused on preventing avoidable hospital admission and facilitating discharge. You will have the opportunity to work alongside Nurses as well as Therapists in meeting these goals.

Job responsibilities

We are looking for someone who is innovative and flexible and expectations are that staff will work shifts to provide a seven day service working between 8 am and 10 pm.
