A regulatory agency in the United Kingdom is seeking a professional to support incident management and business continuity efforts. The role involves maintaining policies, managing incidents, and providing training within a hybrid working environment. Reporting to the Head of Incident Management and Business Continuity, and engaging with senior ONR colleagues, this is an exciting role to support the continuous improvement of ONR’s incident management and business continuity programme and wider organisational resilience activity to ensure we are ready to respond to and recover from disruptions at all times.
You will work collaboratively across multiple teams, participate in incident response activity, and provide expert support to ONR’s strategic-level, incident response team. In addition to this you will provide training and exercises as well as interacting with external stakeholders when required.
This post may be undertaken from a base at any one of ONR’s office locations (Bootle, Cheltenham, or London). However, there is an expectation that travel to other offices may be required. ONR operates hybrid working (working in the office and or at home) as part of our flexible working policy. There is an expectation that everyone will spend time in the office on a regular basis, recognising that some work is better done face to face. Managers will work with their teams on what works best to meet individual, team, business and organisational needs to enable collaboration, as well as balancing personal choice and wellbeing.

The successful candidate must hold or achieve and retain National Security Vetting clearance at Security Clearance (SC) level.
