A leading hospital trust in Romford is seeking a friendly and team-focused administrative receptionist for its Audiology Department. The role involves providing quality reception and administrative support to audiology patients and staff. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, knowledge of patient administration systems, and experience with patient-facing interaction. The Audiology Department are looking for a friendly and team‑focused administrative receptionist to support the provision of adult audiology services. You will be joining a diverse and friendly team of audiologists, admin and management, who are all focussed on providing the best possible service to our patients.
To provide quality reception and administrative support to our Audiology patients and staff. Using excellent communication skills and knowledge of patient administration systems and experience with patient‑facing interaction to support the hearing impaired and associated clinical support team.
You are a good communicator with knowledge of patient administration systems, IT/spreadsheet skills and experience with patient‑facing interaction, especially with the hearing impaired. You are approachable, organised and able to deal with a varied workload both in a team and individually.
The post is 18.75 hours per week and may suit someone looking to address work/life balance, prefer a varied working week or those looking for their next challenge.
