Job description

Cleaning

• Cleaning all areas of the Hospital, including bedrooms with en-suite facilities, bathrooms, day rooms, lounges, corridors, offices and other areas of the Ward.

Catering

• Preparation and service of lunch and evening meals items, handling, reheating, and service of cook-freeze meals.
• Making light snacks including salads, sandwiches and beverages.
• Washing up and associated cleaning within the Ward kitchen and dining room.

Other duties

• Handling and disposal of waste, periodic cleaning such as carpet shampooing and curtain changing.
