Housekeepers support the nursing staff in providing a safe and appropriate environment for patient care. Duties include general cleaning of all ward and departmental areas, as well as the preparation, presentation, and service of patients’ meals.
Housekeepers are expected to demonstrate a flexible attitude to their work to meet the needs of the ward and its patients.

Our hours for morning shifts are 10:00 to 18:00.
General Hotel Services Assistants (GHSAs) are expected to support all cleaning and catering-related activities at ward level. This role involves working in an environment with frequent distractions and regular contact with service users who may display disturbed or challenging behaviour.
