A healthcare organization in the UK seeks a Healthcare Support Worker to provide direct personal care for patients. This role involves working in a fast-paced Emergency Medicine Division and ensuring patient safety and well-being. Candidates should be enthusiastic about helping vulnerable patients and supporting their independence. The Trust emphasizes staff well-being and offers flexible working options.
The Emergency Medicine Division is a fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same! We are looking for highly motivated and adaptable team members who are enthusiastic about providing the best care for our patients whilst they are at their most vulnerable.
Understandably the Emergency Medicine Division is incredibly busy with high patient turnover, therefore you need to be confident in your delivery of care while ensuring that you help maintain the privacy and dignity of our patients.
You will be working alongside our friendly and professional team in the Emergency Department, Emergency Assessment Unit or Acute Admissions Unit to ensure patient safety and care of patients. As a Healthcare Support Worker you will be an essential part of the nursing team, providing hands‑on personal care for your patients while encouraging them to be as independent as possible.
