Job summary

Cornish Bakery is seeking a Seasonal Team Member to serve brilliant coffee and food, create warm customer experiences, and help our bakery feel at the heart of its local community. Full-time / Part-time hours available; Fixed Term Contract to cover peak season.

You will welcome customers, make the World’s Best Coffee with care, prepare and serve award-winning food, and keep the bakery welcoming and well stocked while following safety standards. Training is provided.

As a Seasonal Team Member you will:

• Welcome every customer and deliver warm, outstanding service
• Make the World’s Best Coffee and other drinks with care and consistency

• Keep the bakery clean, welcoming and well stocked
• Follow food safety, allergen and operational standards
• Work closely with colleagues, help during busy periods and contribute to a positive team atmosphere

Full training will be given for you To Be Yourself as part of an amazing Team.

• No previous bakery or barista experience is essential—full training is provided
