Cornish Bakery is seeking a friendly Team Member in the Windermere area to deliver warm, outstanding service and help create a welcoming bakery experience. You’ll serve brilliant coffee and food, ensuring quality and care in every customer interaction.

Full training is provided, with opportunities to learn barista skills and operate in a fast-paced, supportive team. Enjoy a discount on food and drink and be part of a community-focused business.

As a Team Member you will:

• Welcome every customer and deliver warm, outstanding service
• Make the World’s Best Coffee and other drinks with care and consistency
• Prepare and serve our award-winning food with pride
• Keep the bakery clean, welcoming and well stocked
• Follow food safety, allergen and operational standards
• Work closely with colleagues, help during busy periods and contribute to a positive team atmosphere

Full training will be given for you To Be Yourself as part of an amazing Team.
