Job summary

Cornish Bakery is seeking a Team Member to deliver warm, outstanding service and help create a welcoming, community-focused bakery. You’ll serve high-quality coffee and freshly prepared food, learning through full training and supporting a friendly team in a busy, customer-centric environment.

As a Team Member you will:

• Welcome every customer and deliver warm, outstanding service
• Make the World’s Best Coffee and other drinks with care and consistency
• Prepare and serve our award-winning food with pride
• Keep the bakery clean, welcoming and well stocked
• Follow food safety, allergen and operational standards
• Work closely with colleagues, help during busy periods and contribute to a positive team atmosphere

Full training will be given for you To Be Yourself as part of an amazing Team.
