Cornish Bakery is seeking an Assistant Bakery Manager to lead shifts, coach staff, and uphold our High End Bakery standards. You’ll drive customer service excellence, train teams, and manage operations to maximise sales while maintaining top-quality foods.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in food service, hospitality, retail or another customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to motivate a team and deliver excellent customer service.
• Commercial awareness and confidence working towards sales and KPI targets.
• Strong commitment to food quality, safety and operational standards.
• A positive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach.
• The confidence to make decisions, take ownership and lead by example.
