• 3+ years experience in a production planning role or similar within supply chain.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, think quickly and independently.
• Capability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good understanding of supply chain processes.
• Strong IT systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Produce and communicate accurate production plans.
• Download orders and update production plans.
• Monitor production progress.
• Purchase flour ensuring right amounts.
• Communicate transport requirements to hauliers.
• Ensure baskets are collected cost-effectively.
• Engage senior management on significant issues.
• Assist with implementation of new systems.
• Maintain robust processes during weekends and holidays.
