Are you an experienced Baker looking to join a passionate, family‑owned artisanal baking business? We are seeking a talented Baker to join our team on a full‑time day shift basis at our bakery located in Welshpool, Western Australia.

What you’ll be doing

• Prepare and bake a variety of bread, rolls and other baked goods to the highest standards
• Assist in the production of specialty and custom items to meet customer orders
• Ensure all baking equipment and work areas are maintained in a clean and organised manner
• Collaborate with the team to improve processes and identify opportunities for innovation
• Adhere to all food safety and quality control procedures for HACCP

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a qualified Baker.
• Strong practical baking skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing high‑quality baked goods
