Boxcar Baker & Deli is seeking passionate bakers to join a busy, craft-focused team. You’ll work on breads, cakes and pastries with opportunities for both daytime and nighttime shifts, developing skills across sourdough, lamination, and viennoiserie.

We’re looking for passionate and creative Bakers to join the team at Boxcar, with opportunities available across both daytime and nighttime shifts.. This is an exciting opportunity for bakers at different stages of their careers. We’re looking for people who can support with core baking tasks such as cake production and prep, as well as more experienced bakers confident in bread, sourdough, and viennoiserie, including double lamination.. . The Role. As a Baker at Boxcar, you'll be part of a passionate team producing high-quality breads, pastries, and baked goods. Working with carefully sourced ingredients and a strong focus on craft, you'll play an important role in maintaining the quality, consistency, and attention to detail that Boxcar is known for.. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys being at the bench, takes pride in their craft, and thrives in a busy bakery environment. Key Responsibilities

• Work across bread, viennoiserie, cakes, and cookies.
• Develop confidence with sourdoughs, fermentation, and lamination.
