Job summary

RB Holdings in London is seeking a talented Baker to join our state-of-the-art production kitchen near Battersea. You will be part of a growing hospitality group known for discretion, craftsmanship, and personal service, delivering high-quality bread, viennoiserie and pastries to our private clubs and cafes.

Working straight shifts up to 48 hours per week with early and late starts, the role offers up to £38,000 per annum, 33 days holiday, various staff perks, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in a similar role and environment.
• Exposure to artisanal baking techniques and production environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the Bakery team in the day-to-day baking operations
• Prepare and bake a variety of high-quality products including breads, viennoiserie and pastries
• Ensure product quality and consistency throughout shifts

We are currently seeking a talented Baker to join our team at our state of the art; exceptionally equipped production kitchen located near Battersea.

Working Hours: Straight shifts up to 48 hours a week. Flexibility to also work at our Birley Bakery, located in Chelsea Green, SW3. Early shifts from 3am. Late shifts from 7am/8am
