Job summary

Clifton Packaging Group Limited is seeking a skilled, motivated and detail-oriented Bagging Production Technician for our Bagging Department to support the efficient operation, monitoring and continuous improvement of bag-making processes.

The successful candidate will work closely with Production Planning, Quality and Operations teams to ensure production targets, efficiency, quality standards and customer requirements are consistently achieved.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and optimise Zhoutai, Totani, HCI and Dah Bah bag-making machinery to maximise productivity, efficiency and product quality.
• Support the efficient operation of bag-making processes to ensure production schedules and customer requirements are achieved.
• Work closely with the Production Planning Team to coordinate manufacturing activities and ensure the effective use of resources.
• Monitor machine performance, production output, waste levels and downtime, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet customer specifications and company quality standards.
• Analyse production data and maintain accurate production records and operational reports.
• Assist with machine setups, product changeovers, process adjustments and production trials.
• Identify and help resolve production issues, machine faults and quality concerns to minimise disruption to operations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, reducing waste and enhancing product quality.
• Liaise with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
• Assist with the introduction of new products, materials and manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety, environmental and quality management procedures.
